EHM Group LIMITED . is specialized in healthcare for many years. With years of endeavor, EHM has developed to be a manufacturing, selling, and after-sale service integrated Hi-tech enterprise of alkaline water ionizer. A water ionizer is a device that separates acid and alkaline from water therefore producing completely ionized water using the process of electrolysis. Now, let us show you how to install a water ionizer:
Step 1 - You Need Your Sink
You don’t necessarily need to uninstall your sink just because you want to install a water ionizer unit. In fact some ionizer unit comes with faucet diverter that lets you divert water to the ionizer unit whenever you need it. All you have to do is to turn a handle on the faucet. But if you must connect your unit directly to the water line then you need the assistance of a plumber.
Step 2 - Faucet Converter
Faucet converter usually come with the unit, however where this is not the case you would have to obtain one from the nearest hardware store. All standard faucet diverter usually come with 15/16" male fitting. In cases where the threads are not of the size of the faucet, then an adapter (15/16"X13/16) will be needed.
Step 3 - Connection Procedures
First attach the metal tube to the unit. At the faucet, remove the aerator and then make sure you accurately link the faucet diverter to the faucet. Next, it is time to use the Teflon tape to wrap the inlet elbow. With a screw driver, screw the elbow to the inlet of the ionizer unit. Connect one end of a hose (preferably a white hose.) to the Faucet Diverter and the other end to the inlet elbow. The hose provided are usually of different colors. Now you will be left with a hose , connect this hose to the bottom of the unit where the outlet hole is located.
Step 4 - Connect to Power
Next, it is time to connect the unit to power. Plug the water ionizer to the connection outlet and turn on the faucet to begin channellng water through the ionizer unit.
The steps above are easy, simple to follow, concise and self-explanatory.Water ionizers are used to purify drinking water. They help eliminate chemical substances such as chlorine, lead, and more. Apart from the fact that they produce good drinking water, the strong acid and alkaline water produced by the machine have medical applications. For example they are used to kill bacteria, clean wounds, and treat skin infections.
